Gymnastics Classes for CrossFit Members – Coached by Pip Hale.

Is a dedicated Olympic Weightlifting Club. Head Coach: 2 x Olympian and Commonwealth Champion Richie Patterson. 12 Weightlifting Platforms. Home to some of New Zealand’s top Olympic Weightlifting Athletes.
