10 DB/Plate Flys
10 Good Mornings

Part B

EMOM ladder
1st min – 2 KB Swings + 2 Burpees
2nd min – 4 KB Swings + 4 Burpees
3rd min – 6 KB Swings + 6 Burpees
4th min – 8….etc
5th min – 10….etc

Continue to add 2 reps on each new minute until you can no longer complete the required reps in that minute.
