We are located at the Millennium Institute of Sport & Health on the North Shore in Auckland.
As a CrossFit Affiliate we have use of the following:
Indoor athletics track (60m), A spacious and well-equipped gym, Olympic-sized heated indoor swimming pool, 400m Outdoor Athletics Track
RockZone climbing wall, Spacious and luxurious changing rooms, Sauna, Complimentary parking, On-site cafe.
We are a group of passionate and dedicated trainers committed to the practice, sharing and belief in the foundations of CrossFit and it’s community.
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Metabolic (Cardio) Conditioning.
There will be no classes on the following days next week and the following due to all the Coaches being in Australia at the CrossFit Games Regionals.
No classes on: Wednesday 16, Thursday 17th, Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and Monday 21st.
Normal class schedule resumes from Tuesday 22nd May.
We will post up WOD’s on our website on these days if you wish to do a WOD at home or the gym.
Also remember to wish Pip good luck for the Aussie Regionals next week…….KICK ARSE PIP….we are behind you!!!
