Olympic Weightlifting Introduction Courses, Olympic Weightlifting for CrossFit Members – Coached by Richie Patterson.
Gymnastics Classes for CrossFit Members – Coached by Pip Hale.

Is a dedicated Olympic Weightlifting Club. Head Coach: 2 x Olympian and Commonwealth Champion Richie Patterson. 12 Weightlifting Platforms. Home to some of New Zealand’s top Olympic Weightlifting Athletes.

Pre and during season conditioning for Rugby players. Coached and Programmed by Richie Patterson

I have been going to Functional Strength CrossFit for 2 1/2 years now and I still continue to learn new things and develop myself every single day that I’m in the gym. The coaches are the best and care a lot about the members. Such fab family! And the facilities are outstanding!
